The highlight of the home is the backyard space where you can soak up the sun all day next to a highly sought after south-facing pool and spa- heat included FREE of charge! There are loungers to relax in, as well as some pool floats and toys should you want to splash around instead. Grill out on the BBQ grill and enjoy the weather while eating under the lanai at the dining table that seats 4. You can also relax on the outdoor sofa, watch TV, or listen to music on the Bluetooth speakers.
Come on inside and enjoy the open floor plan that offers plenty of space to spread out in the living room and lots of seating in the dining room, at the snack bar, or in the eat-in kitchen area after you prepare a wonderful meal in the fully stocked kitchen! Rest up in the adorable, fun themed bedroom for the kids and tasteful king and queen themed rooms for adults. Each room is a relaxing oasis after a long day out and about. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We enjoy taking our family of 6 down as often as we can! The pool is a family favorite as well as being so close to Disney!
